The first squeezing
The selected olives, by the early harvest in october’s month, exclusively nibbled, are carried by hands by the harvesting places to the oil-press away after few hours and they are grinding by grind stones, till to obtain the real olive extra-oil “First Squeezing”.
At the end the proceeds are setting on such steel containers for making the natural racking.
Azienda Agricola Spineto olive extra-oil presents some natural and feeding characteristics, given for its color, for its smell and for its mellow taste that, however, they leave dry and clean palate.
