The first flower

By the experience of the ancient greeks Azienda Agricola Spineto wished to recall “the ancient method of cropping up creating on oil producing in a limited quantity, coming from Spello’s hills and around too. The olive groves are founded on but of quality olive Moraiolo, Frantoio and Leccino.
After the cold grinding the oil separates from the olive mixture and from the water and appears at the surface naturally.


It comes from the kneading machines and it is picked again, exclusively, by hands.
This natural method does not cause the oil suffering the trouble of five thousand or six-thousand rounds of any mechanical separator that even if caring its work out, it could create a light ferment of the oil it self.


In this way the “First flower” is growing. The olive- extra oil’s flower, is born of the experience of the early harvest taking place in october’s month.

This particular oil keeps intact all its qualities taste, smell and color. This is a very-light oil by a strong fruit and by a refined taste. It is the best oil for seasoning fish, red meats and row vegetables.
